Cottage #3 was damaged by tree, but is a great footprint upon which to rebuild! There’s a boat house! Updated over the years, steel beam, surrounding docks to park just about any boat ready for the locks! Being on Dog Lake, you can boat through Rideau System via Cranberry Lake to Jones Falls, start at lock 42 and go to Ottawa! Or head south to access Lake Ontario and downtown Kingston. If you view this property, I encourage you to go for a walk on Christel Lane. It is breathtaking.
