Having lived in central Kingston since the age of three, Sarah is local through and through. While Sarah grew up in the central part of the city, her knowledge of the entire City of Kingston and all of its surrounding communities is truly encyclopedic.

It’s no coincidence that Sarah’s passion for and knowledge of Kingston has been extremely valued throughout her entire professional career, which originally started out away from real estate.

Sarah served as a Police Constable with the Kingston Police. While this role enabled her to interact with her local community and pound the pavement of Kingston every day, it became clear that Sarah had another career brewing as an entrepreneur of all things real estate.

In 2010, Sarah transitioned full time into a career in real estate, though her passion for the industry was started well before then.

In fact, it was at the age of eight when Sarah first held negotiations for the purchase of a home — a house for sale in her neighbourhood she was certain would be perfect for her and her family.

It only took a few days for Sarah to convince her parents it was the home for them, and just a few weeks later, they signed the purchase agreement and moved in. Sarah and her family lived in that very home for 23 years.

Sarah eventually purchased that home from her parents, experiencing her first real estate acquisition. She then jumped right in as the construction project manager on various renovation and building projects and has since, of her own accord, acted as a real estate developer and project manager, and has grown a real estate portfolio through good markets and not-so-good markets.

Her passion is evident when meeting her, which she can’t help but pass on to her clients along with the valuable advice she has learned over her impressive career.

Sarah has amassed a great deal of experience in Kingston’s real estate industry, having bought, sold, developed, renovated, invested in, and rented several properties in the area.

Sarah strongly believes that real estate is one of the best investments a person can make. She feels strongly about helping others in her community make them too.

Since starting The Sarah MacInnis Real Estate Team, Sarah has been able to help guide countless clients, friends, and family members through buying, selling, and investing in local Kingston-area real estate.

Away from work, Sarah lives on a 50-acre property in Harrowsmith, a town adjacent to historic Sydenham Village, about 20km north of Kingston City. If she’s not working, she’s typically with her wife, kids, and dogs. She also loves sports and athleticism, once an elite Soccer player herself.

From being a top player on top teams, Sarah knows that everyone on a team has an important role in making things happen. Sarah is proud to be the captain of her own great group of people now.
